This resource has been designed for students working towards the AQA Entry Level Certificate in Maths who are working at Entry Level 1. It contains an age-appropriate, 32 page workbook four information/explanation pages, 26 worksheets, two progress checks, a certificate of achievement and answers on Component 7 – Geometry (Shape, Size, Position and Direction).

The tasks and activities in the workbook will help pupils to achieve the following outcomes:

1.2 Compare and order a group of shapes, pictures or similar shapes of different size
1.2 Recognise congruent shapes
