This resource has been designed for students working towards the AQA Entry Level Certificate in Maths who are working at Entry Level 3. It contains an age-appropriate, 40-page workbook that includes 13 explanation sheets, 24 worksheets, two progress progress checks and a certificate of achievement and answers for division (Component 2: the four operations 3.2).<\/p>\n

Tasks and activities have been designed to achieve the following outcomes:<\/p>\n

3.3 Divide a two digit whole number by a single digit whole number
\n3.3 Understand that division is the same as repeated subtraction
\n3.3 Understand that division is the inverse of multiplication
\n3.3 Interpret the remainder in a practical situation
\n3.4 Use division in real-life situations for solving problems
\n3.5 Use inverse operations to find missing numbers<\/p>\n
